Feathers Feathers Everywhere

Either my cats have become better hunters, or the neighbourhood birds have lost their edge. In any case, my house is full of feathers. I'm hoping to find the bodyies before they decompose...

Did you think that some of us would find that cute or funny?

You are loathsome. If you are so totally irresponsible that you can't be bothered to bell your cats, keep them inside, or train them - and cats CAN learn what behavior is acceptable - you have no integrity. Is the happiness of your bored cats more important than the environment, the welfare of songbirds (and it is illegal to keep or kill any wild bird, btw) or the life of other creatures? Gosh, I never knew that the chain of command is humans, your cats, and then birds, lizards and all the other disgusting animals that have no value, worth, or soul.
Did it ever occur to you that they found a nest, and are killing the baby birds one by one?
I agree, don't bother looking for the bodies. They might still be alive, terrified, scuttling along the floor, hoping to see a patch of sun, hoping that by a miracle they could fly again and leave the hell that your cats started.

YOU are the one responsible for these small deaths.
